Youth are at the heart of everything we do.

Future of Children Network Inc. is a network of youth organizations that collaborate to make measurable improvement in the lives of young people ages 12-22. Our work is guided by multidisciplinary evidence-based practices, which means we have all hands on deck when it comes to bringing the best resources for measurable improvement to youth and their families. Our model is based on Developmental Relationships which are those close connections through which young people discover who they are, cultivate abilities to shape their own lives, and learn how to engage with and contribute to the world around them.

We believe that young people are more likely to grow up successfully when they experience the kind of relationships that nurture their strengths and positively challenge their growth. This can only happen with caring adults as the important people in their lives.

We work hard to keep our networks moving forward together so that the best ideas rise to the top and the youth we support reap the benefits by having a village of supporter to expand their opportunity for positive growth.

We work hard to maintain an extensive network of youth leaders who not only help us identify many youth who need our support but they also help us identify youth organizations where we can provide assistance in supporting the larger educational ecosystem by providing Educational Coaching, Mentorships, and Professional Development Training to:

  • Small private schools,
  • Charter schools,
  • Youth ministries,
  • and After school programs

To expand our local impact and marketing footprint, we hold youth workshops, parenting forums, virtual summits and we speak at conferences to ensure that the field of positive youth development as it moves forward allow us to implement the best ideas for our organization’s mission.
